Mitu - Office Assistant/reception

Mitu has a friendly personality and a great team player . She is reliable with a good punctuality record. She believes to be approachable and perform well under pressure. An astute professional with over 9 years of experience in Administration. Some of the front office activities she has performed in her previous roles are greeting visitors and performing reception duties of answering phones. She has professional ability to type accurate and clearly communicated letters, reports, memorandum, agendas, minutes and other documents.

As a Office Coordinator in her present role she handles customer queries, feedback and processes email inquiries. She is also responsible to giving pricing to channel partners and dealers, preparing quotations for the sales representative, preparing stock forecast spreadsheet, preparing minutes of the meeting, maintaining customer database. Mitu also handles customer credit applications and follow up enquiries on orders, invoices and accounts. She is well versed with MYOB operation. She works and manages a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment.
